Cartridge filter

The Mion Ventoltermica compressed air cartridge filter allows air to be cleaned of dust deriving from the various processes (painting, sanding, etc.).

The filtering cartridges constitute one of the most suitable systems for separating dust sucked into the working environment given the high content volume, high efficiency and ease of cleaning.

They consists of non-woven fabric in polyester or polypropylene folded and wrapped around a supporting surface, in general a net basket.

The air always passes from the outside to the inside of the basket. The start-shaped structure of the filtering cartridges allows an ample filtering surface area.

The filter consists of:

a chamber consisting of press-bent galvanized sheet metal panels complete with sealing gaskets and joint bolts;

a set of cartridges which vary based on the filtering requirements;

quick-opening solenoid valves for cleaning the cartridges complete with control panel for cleaning filters operating on the basis of the degree of clogging;

unloading hopper where the filtered material falls with support legs complete with material collection bins.

Manufactured to fulfil ATEX requirements upon request.
