Drying booth

The Mion Ventoltermica drying booth is designed to dry products upon completion of the paint process and is equipped with:

a programmable temperature control system;
a hot air heating system;
an integrated recirculation system.

The internal temperature of the drying booth ranges from between 40 – 85°C.

The Mion Ventoltermica drying booth is built in mineral wool panels of an adequate thickness. A series of internal, and external, galvanised sheet-metal profiles are bolted to each other, resulting in a solid, self-supporting structure.
The roof of the booth is constructed with corrugated mineral wool panels with metal stiffening profiles around the perimeter and on the internal sides of the booth to:

allow the roof to be walked on;

access the fan heater control unit to clean the air filters;

access the pick-up nozzle on the smokestack vent to carry out analyses on the atmospheric emissions.
