Radiant baking oven

The Mion Ventoltermica temperature controlled (max. 150°C) radiant baking oven allows manufactured items to be dried at the end of the painting process.

The radiant baking ovens are equipped with:

a programmable temperature control system;
a radiant pipe heating system;
an integrated recirculation system.

The Mion Ventoltermica radiant baking oven consists of:

DRYING TUNNEL STRUCTURE carried out with panels in mineral fibre, of a suitable thickness and metal joint and fastening profiles. The walls are flat and the load-bearing roof (which cannot be walked on) is supported by a series of columns and beams aimed to also support the air chain.

AIR RECIRCULATION PIPE: air recirculation inside the oven is by means of two air vein fans complete with burners, aimed at ensuring even heat within the oven and good ventilation.

Modulating BURNER, inlet temperature = ambient temperature, created for high temperatures

COMBUSTION UNIT powered by gas with modular operation in the start-up phase followed by two-stages: vacuum operation of the burner consisting of a series of air vein venturi pipes in ceramic steel electronic flame control device, gas solenoid valves, pressure switch.

COMBUSTOR SUCTION UNIT designed to transfer the combusted gas generated inside the heat exchanger circuit, expelled to the outside of the building with a centrifugal impeller fan in aluminium fusion, double cooling fan.

Watertight HEAT EXCHANGER CIRCUITS consisting of an aluminium pipe and a steels pipe, connector flanges and dilation joints.

ELECTRICAL PANEL for start-up of the fan system in the drying oven, complete with fan and burner start-up, control buttons and warning lights.

ADVANTAGES:
