Capturing and conveying dust from manufacturing processes

Many industrial manufacturing processes generate dust which, if not properly captured directly at source using appropriate suction systems, can be carried in the air and settle on machinery and equipment, causing problems with production processes and damage to the health of workers.
Mion Ventoltermica effectively responds to this need by designing, constructing and installing suitable dust capturing systems, which suck up dust at source and then convey it through pipes inside a bag filter, where the filtration process takes place.
If the processing involves potentially explosive dust, the machines are developed and manufactured by Mion Ventoltermica in accordance with EU Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX Directive).

In order to meet our customers’ demands in the most effective manner, we manufacture and install different types of suctioning elements, including:

suction hoods / collectors / arms / benches / walls / suction grilles.

These systems then convey the dust along pipes inside bag filters, for the necessary filtering.
The filtered material is then collected to be recovered and used for other purposes or disposed of appropriately.
