Loading a container with bulk material or powder

In order to quickly and effectively carry out handling or transfer operations of bulk materials or powders into one or more containers, Mion Ventoltermica designs, manufactures and installs pneumatic transport systems that are based on the air-driven transport of bulk materials from a bag filter inside pipes even over long distances.
These solutions enable bulk materials or powders to be conveyed at adjustable speeds and in absolute safety, since the potentially explosive atmospheres remain confined inside the pipes.

Thanks to its wide experience in the sector, Mion Ventoltermica designs, manufactures and installs pneumatic transport systems which allow considerable time savings to be achieved in the movement and loading of bulk materials and powders inside one or more containers, silos, measured feeders or other collection systems.
Pneumatic transport systems are characterised by:

high flexibility in routing (above ground and/or underground);
reduced installation space;
excellent ratio between cost and maintenance intervals.

Using these solutions, you can handle materials which have:

the same size grains and particles;
low variability;
humidity below 20%;
low or non-existent stickiness.

The container may be equipped with a plate extractor coupled to a horizontal screw extractor so as to allow quicker and easier removal of the material.
The material loaded into the container or into other collection systems can be used to feed production processes.
If the processing involves potentially explosive powders, the machines are developed and manufactured by Mion Ventoltermica in accordance with EU Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX Directive).
